Meet Your Teacher: Chelsea
Chelsea brings over 13 years of teaching experience and more than 1,500 hours of advanced yoga training to this program.
Her background is diverse and deeply impactful. She has taught in recovery centers, worked alongside physiotherapists in pain care clinics, supported professional athletes, and led retreats and workshops internationally. She has also shared her work at festivals, studios, and in private sessions.
Before becoming a registered psychologist, yoga was Chelsea’s full-time career. Today, she integrates both disciplines to offer a thoughtful, compassionate, and highly informed approach to teaching.
Her work is grounded in:
Trauma-informed care
Personal development
Functional movement and pain management
Meditation and subtle body practices
Chelsea is known for creating a supportive and structured learning environment where students feel both challenged and encouraged. She brings intention, professionalism, and genuine care to every aspect of the training.
Interestingly, Chelsea didn’t begin her journey with the intention to teach. Like many students, she started simply wanting something more and that experience became a turning point in her life.
