Baby + Me Yoga

Join Nikki for a class dedicated to honouring YOU, your body, your baby and everything you have been through together. 

 

This class will focus on 

  • Connection to yourself through breathing techniques meant to help regulate the nervous system, core strengthening, stretching of the neck and shoulders (commonly strained from lots of lifting, rounding when feeding, etc) while not forgetting the low back & pelvic floor. 

  • Connection to your baby through touch, eye contact, breathing together and positive affirmations. 

  • Connection to other new parents as we share space together.

This is a gentle hatha class designed for all bodies and experience levels. Babies 6 weeks to walking are welcome.

 

We also want to remind you that this is a warm & low stress environment. We welcome crying babies, babies that need to nurse or be changed, or even babies that choose to sleep through the class.
