Youth Yoga presented by The Justin Slade Youth Foundation bringing FREE yoga classes for youth in the community!
Led by Nikki Phillips, these sessions bring a lively, engaging approach to yoga—incorporating games, fun flows, and mindfulness practices.
Youth will explore poses, breathing techniques, and tools to manage stress and anxiety in a supportive and friendly space where they can connect with peers and make new friends.
Open to ages 12-17!
Staff from the Justin Slade Youth Foundation and The District will be on hand to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for everyone.
No prior yoga experience needed, and yoga mats will be provided!
