When we talk about “embracing the core,” we’re referring to consciously tightening the muscles around your abdomen, lower back, and pelvis to create stability. A strong core not only supports your movements but also helps prevent injury by maintaining proper posture throughout your lifts. Learn how to activate these muscles and incorporate them into every movement for better performance and safety.
Proper Squat Technique: The squat is a staple in any fitness routine, but many lifters unknowingly perform it incorrectly. We’ll break down the movement step-by-step, focusing on foot placement, knee tracking, hip mobility, and keeping a neutral spine.
